Scheduling and Payment


Enrollment for lessons can be done in person, on our website 

Here, by email or over the phone (045833788).


All lessons and courses require full payment of fees before the start of the term. Please make sure you can commit to attending an entire term before you book and pay as no refunds will be made for individual lessons, courses or group lessons. Payment must be made for all lessons whether they are attended or missed.


Payment for lessons can be made using the “Click Here To Pay” section on the bottom of students’ invoices. This link directs you to Paypal where you can make a once-off payment without a Paypal account. Alternatively payments can be made by card in either school and the shop, over the phone or by cash in the shop.


Jam Music reserves the right to cancel any group courses if there is not sufficient enrollment. In this event all tuition fees will be refunded.


Jam Music reserves the right to change teachers at any time.


Jam Music reserves the right to dismiss any student due to frequent absences, disciplinary reasons, overdue tuition payments or non-compliance with regulations.


Cancellation Policy

Students may cancel a maximum of two lessons per term so long as at least 24 hours notice is given (this excludes group lessons as the lesson will go ahead if any of the remaining students attend the lesson. Group lessons can only be canceled if all students give 24 hr notice they cannot attend the lesson.) If less than 24 hours notice is given the lesson will be marked as absent and the lesson is forfeited. These two lessons may be rescheduled before the term ends or credited to the student’s next invoice. Canceled lessons in excess of these two lessons will be forfeited. 


If a teacher is sick or unavailable to teach, the lesson will be covered by another teacher  where possible.
